課程概述

Biophysics is a rapidly evolving subject. This course covers most of the classic and important topics, from molecular to cellular phenomena, using a historical, unified story line. The content offered would be restricted to everday, concrete problems where the physical vision leads to falsifiable, quantitative predictions that can be verified by experiments. 

課程目標
 This is a course for life science students who want to understand what they are studying using math. This is also a course for physical and engineering sciences students who want to think about life using their essential knowleadge. the goal is to help the students make transitions between different disciplines using their own steps.  
課程要求
 First year physics, chemistry, and calculus. A minimal knowledge of differential equations will be helpful.
